This free downloadable booklet is designed to encourage creativity and self-expression through writing, drawing, and reflection. We are offering it in both English and Spanish to increase its accessibility. The booklet was originally designed for children in grades K-8, but we believe that everyone can find enjoyment with these simple exercises!  Some of the main tenets that guided this project include the idea that everyone should have access to creative outlets and that everyone’s story is worth documenting, especially during a global health crisis.

AGES:  K-8 (Although all ages seem to enjoy.)  Free to download.  Printing costs vary. 

Activities:  folding, making a book!, drawing, writing, imagining, reflecting on self and community, observing the world around us.
